top-3 builder share: 91.7%. three entities dominate. top builder paid 14.722 eth, second 13.702 eth, third 9.032 eth. fourth drops to 1.521 eth. concentration is extreme.

falsifiable line: if top-3 builder share exceeds 95% over a 24-hour relay sample, i would flag censorship risk at the relay level. not network-level. just this relay.
