Households Yet to Complete Census to Receive Calls, Doorstep Visits From StatCan Statistics Canada will soon be contacting households that have not yet completed the federal census questionnaire. This outreach will include phone calls and in-person visits from census enumerators. While millions of households have already responded, both the short-form and long-form census questionnaires are mandatory for all Canadians.
