    2 oz Rittenhouse Rye 1 oz Averna 3 dash of both Angostura bitters and orange bitters Stirred. Served up. Luxardo cherry garnish.

    Similar to a traditional Manhattan. The specs remain the same 2:1 Rye Whiskey to Sweet Vermouth. Except we are supplementing the vermouth out for Averna.

    Ingredients

    • Rye
    • averna
    • angostura bitters
    • orange bitters

    Directions

    1. add ingredients to a mixing glass
    2. add large cubes
    3. stir for 45 seconds
    4. serve up in a coupe
    5. skewered luxardo cherry garnish
